스냅북 개인정보 처리방침

1. 기기에 저장되는 정보

스냅북은 계정이나 운영자 서버를 만들지 않습니다. 다음 정보는 앱 전용 저장공간에 저장될 수 있습니다.

• 사용자가 입력한 책 제목, 저자, 인용문, 메모, 페이지, 태그와 즐겨찾기 상태
• 사용자가 문서 스캐너로 촬영·선택한 책 표지와 인용문 인식 결과
• 테마, 온보딩 완료 여부 등 앱 설정과 내부 식별자

Lumendex는 이 콘텐츠를 서버로 업로드하거나 원격 백업하지 않습니다. 책 표지와 OCR 입력·결과는 기능 제공을 위해 기기 안에서 처리됩니다.

2. Firebase와 Google Mobile Ads

앱의 품질·안정성을 개선하고 광고를 제공하기 위해 Google LLC의 다음 서비스를 사용합니다.

• Firebase Analytics: 화면 이름, 기능 실행·성공·실패 여부, 항목 수, 글자 수, 선택한 언어·필터·테마처럼 원문을 포함하지 않는 집계형 이용 이벤트와 앱·운영체제·기기 정보, 세션·설치 식별자 및 IP 주소에서 추정한 대략적 지역을 처리할 수 있습니다. Firebase Analytics의 광고 ID 수집과 광고 개인화 신호는 비활성화되어 있습니다.
• Firebase Crashlytics: 충돌·처리되지 않은 오류의 스택 추적, 발생 시각, 앱·운영체제 버전, 기기 모델, 세션·설치 식별자와 오류 당시의 기술 상태를 처리할 수 있습니다.
• Google Mobile Ads와 User Messaging Platform(UMP): Android에서 배너, 전면 및 앱 오프닝 광고를 제공합니다. 광고·분석·부정행위 방지와 보안을 위해 IP 주소에서 추정한 대략적 위치, 앱 실행·탭·광고 또는 동영상 조회 같은 상호작용, 앱과 SDK의 성능·진단 정보, Android 광고 ID·앱 세트 ID 등 기기 또는 계정 식별자를 자동으로 수집하고 Google 및 광고 파트너와 공유할 수 있습니다. UMP는 적용 지역에서 개인 맞춤 광고, 기기 저장정보 사용 및 개인정보 판매·공유에 관한 동의와 거부 선택을 제공합니다.

책 제목, 저자, 인용문, 메모, 태그, 표지 이미지 및 검색어의 실제 내용은 Analytics 이벤트나 Crashlytics 사용자 속성에 넣지 않습니다. 위 정보는 앱 이용 또는 오류 발생 시 암호화된 네트워크로 Google의 미국 등 글로벌 시설에서 처리될 수 있고, 보관은 해당 Firebase, Analytics, AdMob 설정과 Google 정책을 따릅니다.

3. 문서 스캔과 OCR

Android에서 사용자가 직접 스캔을 선택하면 Google ML Kit 문서 스캐너와 텍스트 인식 기능이 카메라 화면, 자동 자르기와 문자 인식을 제공합니다. 표지 이미지와 인식할 문자는 기기에서 처리되며 스냅북 또는 Lumendex 서버로 전송되지 않습니다. Google ML Kit SDK는 진단·성능·사용량 측정을 위해 앱·기기 정보, 설치 식별자, 기능 실행 정보와 오류 코드를 Google에 전송할 수 있으나, Google은 입력 이미지와 인식된 텍스트를 이 진단 정보에 포함하지 않는다고 안내합니다.

4. 이용 목적, 권한과 제3자 제공

• 로컬 독서 기록을 저장·검색·분류하고 다시 보여주기
• 사용자가 선택한 표지를 촬영·자르고 문자를 인식하기
• 기능 이용 현황을 집계해 사용성을 개선하고 충돌을 진단하기
• 광고 게재, 빈도 제한, 성과 측정, 보안과 부정행위 방지

앱은 위치, 연락처, 마이크 또는 저장소 전체 권한을 요청하지 않습니다. Android 문서 스캐너의 카메라 접근은 사용자가 스캔을 시작했을 때 Google Play 서비스가 시스템 UI에서 처리합니다. Lumendex는 사용자 콘텐츠나 분석 정보를 판매하지 않습니다. 다만 Firebase, ML Kit, Google Mobile Ads와 UMP는 위 목적을 위해 Google 및 참여 광고 파트너에게 정보를 전송·공유할 수 있습니다. 사용자가 다른 앱으로 직접 공유한 정보에는 해당 앱의 방침이 적용됩니다.

5. 보관, 삭제와 이용자 권리

로컬 기록은 사용자가 삭제할 때까지 기기에 보관됩니다. 책 또는 인용문을 앱 안에서 삭제할 수 있고, 앱을 제거하거나 Android 설정에서 앱 데이터를 삭제하면 운영체제 정책에 따라 앱 전용 기록과 표지가 삭제됩니다. 이전 실행 여부와 UMP 선택도 앱 데이터 삭제 또는 제거 시 삭제됩니다. Google이 처리하는 분석·진단·광고 정보는 Google 계정의 개인정보·광고 도구와 각 서비스 정책에 따라 관리됩니다. UMP가 요구하는 지역에서는 앱 상단의 개인정보 선택에서 동의를 변경하거나 철회할 수 있습니다. 관련 정보의 열람, 정정, 삭제 또는 처리 제한 문의는 아래 연락처로 접수할 수 있습니다.

6. 안전성, 아동과 방침 변경

로컬 정보는 운영체제의 앱 전용 저장공간에 보관하고 외부 서비스 통신에는 암호화 연결을 사용합니다. 스냅북은 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 설계되지 않았으며 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다. 방침이 바뀌면 시행일을 갱신하고 중요한 변경은 앱 또는 배포 페이지에서 알립니다.

SnapBook Privacy Policy (English)

SnapBook records and revisits books and quotations. It requires no account. Book titles, authors, quotations, notes, pages, tags, favorites, scanned covers, OCR results, app settings, and internal record identifiers are stored in app-private storage. Lumendex does not upload or remotely back up this content.

Analytics, diagnostics, and advertising

Firebase Analytics may process aggregate, content-free events such as screen names, feature outcomes, item or character counts, selected language, filter, and theme, together with app, OS and device data, session and installation identifiers, and approximate region inferred from IP address. Firebase Analytics advertising-ID collection and ad-personalization signals remain disabled. Firebase Crashlytics may process crash and unhandled-error stack traces, timestamps, app and OS versions, device model, session and installation identifiers, and technical state. On Android, Google Mobile Ads provides banner, interstitial, and app-open ads. For advertising, analytics, security, and fraud prevention it may automatically collect and share an IP-derived approximate location; product interactions such as launches, taps, and ad or video views; SDK performance and diagnostics; and device or account identifiers such as Android advertising ID and app set ID. Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) provides consent and opt-out choices for personalized ads, device storage, and sale or sharing of personal data where applicable. Actual book titles, authors, quotation or note text, tags, cover images, and search terms are not placed in Analytics event parameters or Crashlytics user properties. Google may process this information over encrypted connections in the United States and other facilities under the applicable Firebase, Analytics, and AdMob settings and Google retention policies.

Document scanning and OCR

When an Android user starts a scan, Google ML Kit's document scanner and text recognition provide camera UI, cropping, and on-device recognition. Cover images and text input are not sent to SnapBook or Lumendex servers. ML Kit may send app and device data, installation identifiers, feature-use metrics, performance data, and error codes to Google for diagnostics; Google states that input images and recognized text are not included in that diagnostic data.

Purposes, permissions, and sharing

Data is used to store, search, organize, and display local reading records; perform user-requested scans; improve usability; diagnose crashes; serve and measure ads; cap frequency; and prevent fraud. SnapBook does not request location, contacts, microphone, or broad storage access. On Android, Google Play services handles camera access in system UI after the user starts a document scan. Lumendex does not sell user content or analytics data. Firebase, ML Kit, Google Mobile Ads, UMP, Google, and participating advertising partners may process or receive the categories described above. A recipient app's policy applies when a user explicitly shares information with it.

Retention, deletion, children, and contact

Local records remain until the user deletes them. Books and quotations can be deleted in the app; uninstalling the app or clearing its Android app data removes app-private records and covers according to OS behavior. The prior-launch marker and UMP choices are removed with app data or uninstall. Google-processed data is managed under Google's privacy and advertising tools and service policies. Where required, users can change or withdraw consent through the in-app Privacy choices action. SnapBook is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their personal information. 分析、障害診断、広告

Firebase Analyticsは、画面名、機能の成否、項目数・文字数、選択言語・フィルター・テーマなど 原文を含まない集計イベントに加え、アプリ・OS・端末情報、セッション・インストール識別子、 IPアドレスから推定されるおおよその地域を処理する場合があります。Firebase Analyticsの広告ID収集と 広告パーソナライズシグナルは無効のままです。 Firebase Crashlyticsは、クラッシュと未処理エラーのスタックトレース、発生時刻、アプリ・OS版、 端末モデル、セッション・インストール識別子、技術状態を処理する場合があります。書名、著者、 AndroidではGoogle Mobile Adsがバナー、インタースティシャル、アプリ起動時広告を提供します。 広告、分析、不正防止、セキュリティのため、IPアドレス由来のおおよその位置、起動・タップ・広告や 動画の表示などの操作、SDKの性能・診断情報、Android広告ID・アプリセットIDなどの端末または アカウント識別子を自動的に収集し、Googleおよび広告パートナーと共有する場合があります。 User Messaging Platform（UMP）は、適用地域でパーソナライズ広告、端末保存情報、個人データの 販売・共有に関する同意と拒否の選択肢を提供します。書名、著者、引用・メモ本文、タグ、表紙画像、 検索語の実内容はイベント引数やユーザープロパティへ含めません。情報は暗号化通信でGoogleの米国 その他の施設に送られ、保持はFirebase、Analytics、AdMobの設定とGoogleの方針に従います。

文書スキャンとOCR

Androidでユーザーがスキャンを開始すると、Google ML Kitの文書スキャナーと文字認識が カメラUI、自動切り抜き、端末内認識を提供します。表紙画像や認識対象の文字はSnapBookまたは Lumendexのサーバーへ送信されません。ML Kitは診断目的でアプリ・端末情報、インストール識別子、 機能利用・性能情報、エラーコードをGoogleへ送る場合がありますが、Googleは入力画像と認識文字を その診断情報に含めないと案内しています。

利用目的、権限、共有

情報はローカル読書記録の保存・検索・整理・表示、ユーザーが開始したスキャン、利用性改善、 障害診断、広告配信・頻度制限・効果測定・不正防止に利用します。位置情報、連絡先、マイク、 ストレージ全体の権限は要求しません。 Androidのカメラアクセスはスキャン開始後にGoogle PlayサービスのシステムUIが処理します。 Lumendexはコンテンツや分析情報を販売しません。Firebase、ML Kit、Google Mobile Ads、UMP、 Googleおよび参加広告パートナーは上記カテゴリを処理または受領する場合があります。ユーザーが 他アプリへ明示的に共有した情報には共有先アプリの方針が適用されます。

保持、削除、子ども、問い合わせ

ローカル記録はユーザーが削除するまで保持されます。アプリ内で本や引用を削除でき、アプリの アンインストールまたはAndroidのアプリデータ消去により、OSの仕様に従って専用記録と表紙が 削除されます。過去の起動を示すフラグとUMPの選択もアプリデータ消去またはアンインストールで 削除されます。Google処理情報はGoogleのプライバシー・広告ツールと各サービス方針に従います。 必要な地域では、アプリ上部のプライバシー設定から同意を変更または撤回できます。 SnapBookは13歳未満の子ども向けではなく、その個人情報を意図的に収集しません。開示、訂正、 削除、処理制限または質問はcontact@lumendex.appへご連絡ください。 重要な変更時は施行日を更新し、必要に応じてアプリまたは配布ページで案内します。
