따옴 개인정보 처리방침

1. 기기 안에서 처리하는 정보

• 사용자가 따옴을 실행했을 때 현재 화면에 보이는 글자, 글자 위치, 앞에 있던 앱의 표시 이름
• 사용자가 화면 스캔을 직접 선택한 경우, 시스템 동의 후 캡처한 화면 한 장과 기기 내 OCR 결과
• 접근성·알림·빠른 설정 타일 상태, 온보딩과 연습 완료 여부, 실행 방식과 OCR 언어 등 앱 설정
• 최근 실패 코드·시각 등 자가 진단 상태. 복사한 글자나 화면 이미지는 진단 로그에 넣지 않습니다.

화면 이미지, 화면 글자와 OCR 결과는 Lumendex 또는 Google 서버로 전송하지 않습니다. 화면 이미지는 선택 작업 중 메모리에서만 사용하고 선택 화면을 닫거나 작업이 끝나면 폐기합니다.

2. 선택적 로컬 히스토리

히스토리는 기본적으로 꺼져 있습니다. 사용자가 직접 켜면 복사 시각, 앞에 있던 앱의 표시 이름, 복사한 글자, UI/OCR 출처를 앱 전용 저장공간에 보관합니다. 이 정보는 서버로 보내지 않으며 7일이 지난 기록은 자동으로 삭제됩니다. 사용자는 설정에서 언제든 히스토리를 끄거나 저장된 기록을 즉시 모두 삭제할 수 있습니다. 앱을 제거하면 앱 전용 저장 정보도 운영체제 정책에 따라 삭제됩니다.

3. 외부 서비스와 기기 밖 처리

따옴의 Google Play 배포판은 Google LLC의 다음 서비스를 사용합니다.

• Google ML Kit: OCR 입력 이미지·글자·결과는 기기 안에서 처리되며 Google로 전송되지 않습니다. 다만 SDK는 기기 제조사·모델·운영체제, 앱 패키지·버전, 설치별 식별자, 성능 지표, API 설정과 입력·출력 크기, 기능 버전, 실행 이벤트와 오류 코드를 진단 및 사용 분석 목적으로 Google에 전송할 수 있습니다. 이 정보는 HTTPS로 암호화되어 전송되며, Google은 해당 ML Kit 정보가 제3자에게 공유되지 않는다고 안내합니다.
• Google Play 결제: Pro 구독의 상품·가격 표시, 구매, 복원, 구독 상태 확인을 위해 Google Play와 통신합니다. 결제 수단과 결제 처리는 Google이 담당하며 따옴은 결제 카드 정보를 직접 받거나 저장하지 않습니다. 구매가 발생하거나 복원될 때 Google Play가 발급한 구매 토큰, 상품·요금제와 구독 상태, 구매 토큰에서 단방향으로 만든 익명 식별자를 Lumendex 서버로 암호화해 보내 정당한 구매인지 확인하고 Pro 권한을 유지합니다. 구매 토큰은 서버에서 암호화하여 보관하고, 권한·환불·부정 사용 대응과 법적 의무 이외의 광고나 판매 목적으로 사용하지 않습니다.
• Firebase Analytics와 Crashlytics: Google Play용 standard 빌드에서 화면 이름, 복사·공유 성공 여부, 선택한 OCR 언어, 선택 영역 수, 글자 길이, 비민감 오류 분류와 같은 집계형 사용 이벤트를 수집합니다. 화면 글자, 복사 결과, 앞에 있던 앱 이름, 이메일, 전화번호, 토큰은 이벤트에 넣지 않습니다. Crashlytics는 비정상 종료와 처리되지 않은 오류의 스택 추적, 앱·OS 버전, 기기 모델, 세션 및 설치 식별 정보를 수집할 수 있습니다. 별도 privacy 빌드는 두 서비스의 수집을 비활성화하고 인터넷 권한을 제거합니다.

위 정보는 앱 또는 관련 기능 사용 시 암호화된 네트워크로 Google의 미국 등 글로벌 시설에서 처리될 수 있으며, 보관 기간은 Google의 서비스 설정과 정책을 따릅니다. 자세한 내용은 ML Kit 개인정보 안내, ML Kit 데이터 공개 안내, Firebase 개인정보 및 보안 안내, Google 개인정보처리방침에서 확인할 수 있습니다.

4. 권한과 접근 범위

• 접근성 서비스: 사용자가 실행할 때 현재 창의 글자와 위치를 읽고, 선택한 음량 버튼 실행을 감지
• 화면 캡처·포그라운드 서비스: 사용자가 매번 시스템 동의한 화면 한 장을 기기 내 OCR로 처리
• 알림: 사용자가 선택한 상시 실행 알림과 OCR 진행 상태 표시
• 부팅 완료: 기기 재시작 뒤 서비스 상태를 진단하고 사용자가 선택한 실행 방식을 복구
• 인터넷·네트워크 상태: Google Play 결제와 Lumendex 구매 검증, ML Kit 진단, Firebase Analytics·Crashlytics 전송(standard 빌드만 해당)

따옴은 위치, 연락처, 카메라, 마이크 또는 저장소 전체 권한을 요청하지 않습니다.

5. 사용자가 선택한 복사·공유와 문의

사용자가 복사를 누르면 선택한 글자가 시스템 클립보드에 기록됩니다. 공유를 누르면 사용자가 고른 다른 앱으로 해당 글자가 전달됩니다. 공유 대상 앱의 처리는 그 앱의 방침을 따릅니다. 사용자가 이메일로 문의하면 이메일 주소, 본문과 직접 첨부한 정보가 Lumendex에 전달되며, 문의 처리에 필요한 동안 보관한 뒤 삭제합니다. 법령상 보관 의무가 있으면 그 기간을 따릅니다.

6. 보관, 삭제와 이용자 권리

따옴은 서버 계정을 만들지 않습니다. 구매 검증 기록은 Pro 권한 제공, 환불·분쟁·부정 사용 대응과 법적 의무에 필요한 동안 보관합니다. 사용자는 앱 설정에서 로컬 히스토리를 삭제하고 Android 설정에서 접근성·알림 권한을 해제할 수 있으며, 앱을 제거해 앱 전용 설정과 기록을 삭제할 수 있습니다. Google Play 구매 내역과 Google이 처리하는 정보의 관리·삭제는 Google 계정과 Google의 개인정보 도구에서 할 수 있습니다. Lumendex의 구매 검증 기록에 대한 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리정지 또는 문의는 설치 식별자나 주문 정보 등 본인 확인에 필요한 정보와 함께 아래 연락처로 요청할 수 있습니다. 법령상 또는 결제 분쟁 대응상 보관 의무가 있는 기록은 해당 기간 뒤 삭제합니다.

7. 안전성, 아동과 방침 변경

로컬 정보는 Android 앱 샌드박스에 보관하고 외부 서비스 통신에는 암호화 연결을 사용합니다. 따옴은 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 설계되지 않았으며 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다. 방침이 바뀌면 이 페이지의 시행일을 갱신하고 중요한 변경은 앱 또는 배포 페이지에서 안내합니다.

8. 문의

Ttaom Privacy Policy (English)

Ttaom is an Android app that lets you select and copy text from the screen when you invoke it. It does not require an account. Screen content and copy history are primarily processed on your device.

Information processed on your device

When invoked, Ttaom processes visible text, text positions, and the display name of the foreground app. If you explicitly choose screen scanning and approve the Android capture prompt, one screen frame is processed by on-device OCR. The frame, recognized text, and OCR output are not sent to Lumendex or Google servers. The frame remains in memory only for the selection session and is discarded when the session ends. Local settings and diagnostic state may include permission, notification, tile, onboarding, trigger, OCR-language, failure-code, and failure-time information; copied text and screen images are not written to diagnostic logs.

Optional local history

History is off by default. If you enable it, copy time, foreground-app display name, copied text, and UI/OCR provenance are stored in the app's private storage. They are not uploaded and are automatically deleted after seven days. You can disable history or delete it immediately in Settings. Uninstalling the app removes app-private data according to Android behavior.

External services

The Google Play build uses Google ML Kit. ML Kit performs OCR input and output processing on-device and does not send the input image, its text, or recognition results to Google. The SDK may send device model, manufacturer and OS information; package and app version; a per-installation identifier; performance metrics; API configuration and input/output sizes; feature version; event types; and error codes to Google for diagnostics and usage analytics. Google states that these records are encrypted in transit and are not shared with third parties. Ttaom also uses Google Play Billing to show products and prices, process Pro subscription purchases, restore purchases, and check subscription status. Google processes payment methods; Ttaom does not receive or store payment-card details. When a purchase is made or restored, the app sends the Google Play purchase token, product, plan and subscription status, plus a pseudonymous identifier derived one-way from the purchase token instead of an account identifier, over an encrypted connection to Lumendex. Lumendex verifies the purchase and maintains Pro entitlement. Purchase tokens are encrypted at rest and are not used for advertising or sale; they are used only for entitlement, refunds, fraud and abuse response, and legal obligations.

The Google Play standard build also uses Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics. Analytics records aggregate events such as screen name, copy/share outcome, selected OCR language, selected-region count, text length, and non-sensitive error category. Event parameters do not contain screen text, copied output, foreground-app name, email, phone number, or tokens. Crashlytics may collect stack traces for crashes and unhandled errors together with app and OS versions, device model, session data, and installation identifiers. The separate privacy build disables both collections and removes internet permission.

Permissions and user-directed transfers

Ttaom uses Accessibility to read text and positions when invoked and to detect an enabled volume-button trigger; screen capture and a foreground service for a one-frame, user-approved scan; notifications for enabled triggers and OCR status; boot completion to restore user-selected trigger state; and internet and network state for Google Play Billing, Lumendex purchase verification, ML Kit diagnostics, and Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics in the standard build. It does not request location, contacts, camera, microphone, or broad storage access. Copying writes selected text to the Android clipboard. Sharing sends selected text only to an app you choose, whose privacy policy then applies.

Deletion, children, and contact

Ttaom has no server account. Purchase-verification records are retained as needed to provide Pro entitlement and handle refunds, disputes, fraud or abuse, and legal obligations. You can delete local history in the app, revoke permissions in Android Settings, or uninstall the app. Google Play purchase records and Google-processed data can be managed through your Google account and Google's privacy tools. To request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of Lumendex purchase-verification records, contact us with the installation identifier or order information needed to verify the request. Records subject to legal or payment-dispute retention are deleted after that required period. Ttaom is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their personal information. If you email support, Lumendex receives the email address, message, and attachments you choose to send and retains them only as needed to resolve the request or meet legal obligations. Ttaom（タオム）プライバシーポリシー

Ttaomは、ユーザーが起動した時点の画面から文字を選択してコピーできるAndroidアプリです。 アカウント登録は不要で、画面内容とコピー履歴は原則として端末内で処理されます。

端末内で処理する情報

起動時に、画面に表示された文字、文字の位置、前面アプリの表示名を処理します。ユーザーが 画面スキャンを選択しAndroidの確認画面で許可した場合のみ、画面1枚を端末内OCRで処理します。 画面画像、認識対象の文字、OCR結果はLumendexまたはGoogleのサーバーへ送信しません。画像は 選択中のみメモリで使用し、終了時に破棄します。権限、通知、クイック設定タイル、オンボーディング、 起動方法、OCR言語、直近の失敗コードと時刻などの設定・診断情報を端末内に保存することがありますが、 コピーした文字や画面画像を診断ログへ記録しません。

任意のローカル履歴

履歴は初期状態で無効です。有効にすると、コピー時刻、前面アプリの表示名、コピーした文字、 UI/OCRの出所をアプリ専用領域に保存します。サーバーへは送信せず、7日後に自動削除します。 設定からいつでも無効化または即時削除できます。アプリを削除すると、Androidの仕様に従い アプリ専用データも削除されます。

外部サービス

Google Play版はGoogle ML Kitを使用します。OCRの入力画像・文字・結果は端末内で処理され、 Googleへ送信されません。ただしML Kit SDKは、端末メーカー・モデル・OS、パッケージ名・ アプリバージョン、インストール単位の識別子、性能指標、API設定と入出力サイズ、機能バージョン、 実行イベント、エラーコードを診断および利用分析のためGoogleへ送信する場合があります。 Googleは、これらをHTTPSで暗号化して送信し、第三者と共有しないと案内しています。 また、商品・価格の表示、Proサブスクリプションの購入・復元・状態確認にGoogle Play Billingを 使用します。決済手段はGoogleが処理し、Ttaomはカード情報を受領・保存しません。購入または 復元時には、Google Playの購入トークン、商品・プラン・サブスクリプション状態と、アカウントIDの 代わりに購入トークンから一方向に生成した仮名識別子を暗号化通信でLumendexへ送信します。 Lumendexは正当な購入を検証してPro権限を維持します。購入トークンはサーバーで暗号化して保存し、 権限、返金、不正利用への対応および法的義務以外の広告・販売目的には使用しません。

Google Play向けのstandardビルドはFirebase AnalyticsとCrashlyticsも使用します。 Analyticsは、画面名、コピー・共有の成否、選択したOCR言語、選択範囲数、文字数、機密性の ないエラー分類などの集計イベントを記録します。画面の文字、コピー結果、前面アプリ名、 メールアドレス、電話番号、トークンをイベントへ含めません。Crashlyticsはクラッシュや未処理 エラーのスタックトレース、アプリ・OSバージョン、端末モデル、セッション情報、インストール 識別子を収集する場合があります。別配布のprivacyビルドでは両サービスの収集を 無効化し、インターネット権限を削除します。

権限とユーザーが選択する転送

起動時の文字・位置の読取りと設定済み音量ボタン起動の検出にユーザー補助機能、ユーザーが毎回 許可する1画面スキャンに画面キャプチャとフォアグラウンドサービス、起動通知とOCR状態表示に通知、 再起動後のユーザー設定復元に起動完了、standardビルドのGoogle Play Billingと Lumendexでの購入検証、 ML Kit診断、Firebase Analytics・Crashlyticsにインターネット・ ネットワーク状態を使用します。位置情報、連絡先、カメラ、マイク、ストレージ全体へのアクセスは 要求しません。コピー時はAndroidのクリップボードへ、共有時はユーザーが選択した他のアプリへ 選択文字を渡します。共有先アプリの処理にはそのアプリの方針が適用されます。

削除、子ども、問い合わせ

Ttaomにはサーバーアカウントがありません。購入検証記録は、Pro権限の提供、返金・紛争・不正利用 への対応および法的義務に必要な期間保持します。アプリ内で履歴を削除し、Android設定で権限を解除し、 またはアプリを削除できます。Google Playの購入記録やGoogleが処理する情報はGoogleアカウントと Googleのプライバシーツールで管理できます。Lumendexの購入検証記録の開示、訂正、削除、処理停止は、 本人確認に必要なインストール識別子または注文情報とともにお問い合わせください。法令または決済紛争の ため保持が必要な記録は、その期間の終了後に削除します。Ttaomは13歳未満の子どもを対象としておらず、 その個人情報を意図的に収集しません。サポートへメールを送る場合、Lumendexはユーザーが送信した メールアドレス、本文、添付情報を問い合わせ対応または法令上必要な期間のみ保持します。 開示、訂正、削除、処理停止、その他の問い合わせは contact@lumendex.appまでご連絡ください。 重要な変更時は施行日を更新し、必要に応じてアプリまたは配布ページで案内します。
